    I recently realised that i have death grip syndrome and that I'm addicted to porn.
    I wanna turn a new leaf and get out of this hole. How should I start?

    As someone who also recently realized I have DGS, the first thing I have to say is stop touching it now! Seriously, it can really screw you up long term if you keep messing with it. Your skin and nerves need time to heal from DGS, and if you keep at it you run the risk of permanently damaging them which can lead to ED and other issues that'll drastically reduce your quality of life.

    There are websites out there that focus on helping people get other this condition, so you should look into some of those.

    As for Porn. I'd recommend keeping yourself busy. Go out and hang out with friends or try to expand your social circles as much as you can. Physical activities like going to the gym, going rock climbing, jogging or playing sports can be a huge distraction from PMO and you'll feel healthier because of it. Inactive things like watching movies or playing video games can cause an issues too because you're often alone with your thoughts and temptations.

    Anyway, you can quit this! Take it day by day. The sooner you quit the better.
