My First 30 days.

    Today is my 30th day without PM. I feel great and there is a difference in how I react. Before when I had the visual stimulation I automatically reached for my genitals .Not anymore. I am controlling myself.

    That`s great man, now it will be getting easier and easier. First month is the toughest, but after that you learn to control yourself (like you said) and to see the benefits. Keep it going :)
