Amen. I'm a christian, too. Definitely try to read the Bible on a regular basis. Even if you read for only 5 minutes, you will be blessed for it. James 4:8 says "Draw near to God and He will draw near to you". If you fall into masturbation or pornography, don't feel like you're too sinful to repent. It's like saying that you're too hungry to eat.

I used to be a big church goer myself. I haven’t gone in many years though, but I still believe. I ain’t shy about swearing though (I work in the construction industry, it’s a hard habit to break) I will say yes read your bible. It’s my belief that reading in general, as simple as this sounds, increases intelligence. Their was one guy I knew in school who had no idea about Jonah and the Wale. Who the fuck doesn’t know about Jonah and Whale? How limited of a house hold do you have to grow up in to not know about that? There are countless kids books on this subject. If you didn’t know about Jonah and the Whale I apalgize for my language. It wasn’t meant to be aimed towards you.

And this is not my first streak tho, my highest was 229 days.Therefore I know quite a few things about NoFap and PMO.And honestly, once you experience NoFap (at least for a certain period of time) you can't go back to the PMO lifestyle.It's like taking the red pill in The Matrix, once you're aware of the "NoFap world", you can't go back to sleep.
