Don't feel sense of GUILT

A lot of members here im the forum talk about how bad they feel from pmoing. I'm 30 and I personally don't feel depress, sad, or guilt from it. I pmo for like 14 years. The only bad thing pmo had led me to was fantasizing hotter woman of my type and my dick didn't stay hard enough with my so sometimes. I am a mild introvert but with an ok social circle. Have Time to time stressful career and life situation but still relatively good. Exercised and played physical sports and mind sports from time to time.

Anyone like me in this forum with only mild effect from pmo? I only pmo around 2 to 3 times a week in most cases back then. Seeing how doing multiple times a day indicate I have nothing better to do or its just hurting my dick and body I never persude that route. Each session I used to do was 15 min average but an hr max. Most of the time was browsing and usually i finished in 5 min. In my personally taste, 90 percent of the porn were trash to me ( fake body, not hetero sex, not my type, too fat, gross) so it took longer to browse than the actual deed. I pmoed because I simply want to enjoy what the other hot girls feel like pretty much. I only had 1 sexual partner and perhaps that was the root of my curiosity.

Anyway I just want to know anyone with mild side effects from pmo. Especially interested in reponse from more casual pmo user.

You may think its a lie but I'm telling the truth. I m honest inside out. People who know me know I am very honest, too honest sometimes maybe. I am still with my current partner. I just can't help but to wonder what the other side is like. Not trying to downplay anything but I am happy with my circle of friends. I admit I was unable to talk to hot girls back in college and that maybe one of my regret. I was still able to have a few female friends but thaz bc I dont think of em as super hot and more as friends.
My partner has wonderful personalities that I value. Its just that I never know what the pleasure is like when I am with a 10 hot attraction. Would be nice to satisfy that fantasy somehow. Also i am a firm believer of the hotter the girl is, the crazier she is. I dont want to date another girl but more just want a one night stand i guess with no string attached.
I am not trying to hurt others here in the forum but i seriously dont feel much guilt. Like I will try to stay positive. Maybe you are saying I should feel guilty or something? Maybe good to hear some opinions from few similar individuals.
