    Hello everyone,, I'm Ali 27years old.
    As the subject clearly shows, my life is pretty messed up. Feel like I have a lot of things to deal with. I have been studying about this nofap thing and today is my 7th day of abstaining so far and it's already feeling good.
    I had sex on 4th day and it was very satisfying. I was able to keep my hard on a lot longer than usual.
