    Hi everyone. I have PMO'd gor years and years. I've wasted so much time watching porn it's ridiculous. Also, I think I have desensitized my self to real sex. Well it's time to change and become a better person. I'm already on day six of no PMO and hopefully I can quit for good. Wish me luck and pray for me. Thank you all.
