    About to complete my first week with no PMO. Decided to take the NoFap challenge for Lent since I realized porn is really bad and is a sin against God.

    You got this, I just completed my first week and it feels great! I hope you feel the same way. Giving up PMO was the best thing I have done in a very long time and I have grown with God on this one week journey. May we both achieve 40 days. Good Luck.
