Hi folks. I got the urge. Then I started wanting to do it. Then I did it. I need to avoid being on my own for a while. I'm going to get back on track. I fall down very often. Every week or so. I tell myself it's better than twice a day like I used to but I need to kick is shit. Advice please. Thanks.
Definitely keeping yourself busy man. For me its being alone or staying up too late when I seem to lose the fight.
feel yah bro, that's why i never stayed up to late, or if there is no way out, i burried myself watching some docu film that makes myself sleepy.
