    Hi everybody. first of all I apologize for my bad english. I am 30 years old I start masturbation very early at 11 years old. since that moment my life is a hell I masturbated sometimes 4 times a day. very dependent on porn I became timid distressed depressive I had to consult psy I had sexual problem. i'm on my first day of nofap wish me good luck

    You will overcome this addiction brother.

    I would suggest to get out more and do activities that will distract you from all thoughts and urges related to PMO.

    You have to eliminate your chances of relapsing by all means and getting out of your house and doing outdoor activities is one of the best ways to do this in my opinion.

    Just get out there and experience life.

    You might go through an initial depression phase that might discourage you from staying at course. But don't let this get to you since it is temporary.

    You have to fight this addiction with tooth and nail.

    This is not easy.

    But you can do it.

    Just stay strong and keep pushing forward.
