    Hi guys,

    I'm 28 and I have had porn addiction since 14. The older I got the worst it became. I started using it as an outlet for depression and it slowly got out of hand. Now I deal with anxiety and panic attacks. I am starting my reboot today. I came across this forum last night and think I'm in the right place to receive and give support

    Hey up mate. Good luck on your journey. Im 40 and I had a panic attack when I was 18, absolutely horrendous experience. Don't suffer with them now though. It's easy to log on to porn but I've found it pretty negative in general. Makes me really irritable and down afterwards.
