I am 18 years old , and unfortunately i am one of porn addicting, i am student in the college of medcine first stage , because of many bad symptoms( such light of memory , disable to foucs , pessimistic and depression.....)i have decided to stop watching porn So i need your help !!

Being a medical student you have more than enough to keep your mind busy. Maybe you can do your studying out around people where you can't do anything you shouldn't be doing, or study in a group. Avoid being alone with a screen if possible. This is something that takes a plan. Read, learn and start making your plan.
You can do this.

But i have lost my focus during studying, i was perfect student my average in last year of school(in 2018) was 98.28% , but now I can’t event study for one hour , i fell sleepy every time , and you now all of that frustrate me
