I feel sad that despite the terrible way I feel each time I masturbate,I still go on to masturbate again after a decent streak. Like I have identified, pictures and videos on social media are my major triggers..and I have been able to maintain a decent streak by not looking at these pictures. I need to resist the urge to look at these pictures, I must remind myself that normal people can look at these pictures without any urge to masturbate.. but at this stage, I cannot be classified as a normal person. I promise myself this day to stop masturbating for good.
