i’m on my first day on a streak of being clean(I just failed my last one) and I really want to PMO(still don’t know if I know what that means) because it’s friday and I have a hell long of a way to go
I can’t go for a walk, might try a cold shower though I never survive in those... do you think lifting weight or playing a game would be something good? I’m not a gamer but got a PS4 and also got tons of workout stuff because I’m a gym guy. Might go try some of that out, thank you!
Working out is great. One technic to bit an addiction is also to just postpone it in your head. Like for example when ever the idea of tapping comes to your mind, just tell yourself I'll do it later. Then again and again.
Alot of people are failing cause they put themselves under pressure! The fear of failing continuously will grow till to the point you relapse! Make your own goals and stick to them. I tried PMO and failed several times. Sometimes after 3 days sometimes after 7 days. I'm now on no P and I can retain very easily. Take away the pressure and the fear of failing then you will be unstoppable
