I started with solo-female then girl on girl and as the years went by I ended with some real boy-girl fucked up shit.

 

I could watch and browse intercourse videos but only masturbated to solo female videos. I can't get off if there is a male in my view. Though when I was a lot younger I did masturbate to normal intercourse videos, but they turned into solo content as I grew older.

When I first saw it I was naturally repelled by any scenes with a dude. Later in teens through mid-20s I watched guy/girl and fetish genres.

However, in the last 2 years of back-to-back NoFap attempts, it has been 90% solo-female. While I want to stop this altogether, I do believe that if relapses happen, the most 'vanilla' porn will do the least damage.

For what it's worth, on my last relapse I looked at a guy/girl scene for the first time in months, and it quickly turned me off lol. I am taking this as a sign of my sexual interests becoming more true to my desires again.

 

@ultrafabber I haven't had sexual relationships yet in my life. But I will say that I've been liked by girls ever since I was 5 years old. I've never felt inferior to other men/boys in this matter. I've never had a thought that I couldn't be with those females in videos and other men could be. It's an alien-like thought to me. This is mainly why I didn't enjoy male-female videos. To me it seems like many men in a way admire the males in the videos, that's why they can tolerate seeing them. I've always had this competitive feeling in me, masturbating and "admiring" another male having sex would be like accepting that he is somehow better than me. When I was just a little kid, I didn't think about it like this. As I grew older, this competitiveness became more intense and I started to only look at female videos. It wasn't conscious, it just isn't natural for me to enjoy looking at a man and woman having sex, it's just bizarre to me.

Yeah I've also sometimes felt disgusted when seeing certain men with certain women. And yes getting laid is a work in progress for me. It will come later, there are things that need to be done first. I'm glad you have also seen the darkness in porn.

 

I wanted the high and distraction of porn to last longer. So instead of 5 mins of PMO, it would usually be an hour or a few hours of searching for vids and pics.

But in the last few years I have realised how the constant pursuit of novelty makes porn get worse. I kept looking for more bizarre content. Then I consciously decided to at least stop that part, and concentrated on solo-female only.

And the goal is to finally let go of that as well, and concentrate on improving my life and hopefully attracting real women to it lol.

 

I was both all the time. No preference was dominant. Neither is safer, neither is worse. Some body types are more common in solo that are not present in other types but otherwise I dont recognize any major "effect" differences. By better or worse I just mean more addictive. Obviously there are degrees or objective "worsness".
