I just relapsed

    I joined nofap a couple days ago and promised myself to quit PMO forever. But today i relapsed and right after I did, my conscience killed me for it.
    Any suggestions on how long I should aim for a streak?

    Hope that you will be strong and this was last time, just be strong, you know now how you will feel after. It was a good lesson for you, every time when you feel that you want to do it again, think about this bad feeling. Try to reach 90 days for now, many people feel much better and confident after 3 months.

    Of course your conscience is going to kill you..its a nasty little trick. Kick its balls and stay at it.

    And also start your journal. Its not nice to post in the newcomers, no offense :emoji_stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

    Go for 3 days, a good warmup for a week. Stay strong
