    Hey guys, nice to meet you all. I am very glad to get involved in the NoFap community.

    I'm a 24-year-old mate. I've been using porn since I was 15. Pornography is making my life become a mess. I suffer from anxiety and depression.

    I've tried many ways to quit my porn habits, but it didn't work. So I come here and hope everything will gonna work out.

    Same bro, one year older but I too suffer from anxiety, depression among other things.. I'm not saying that it's entirely porns fault nor should you expect NoFap alone to be the solution, but it definitely plays a part.
