Now I'm not saying any of these are good. But what would be the most damaging out the two of these? Someone who goes 2 weeks without PMOing at all and then after 2 weeks goes in to a binge and PMO's 10 times in one day. Or someone who PMO's once or twice per week and never goes in to a binge. Now I know none of them are good. But what one would be the most damaging?
Definitely the binging after some weeks, based on my own experience. I feel usually pretty balanced after a month with a few quick relapses because I had 24-26 full days without PMO for working with my available mindset and energy. But a binge after two weeks is like a hammer on your head, I felt terrible for the rest of the month and relapsed even more.
