I'm no expert on nutritions and fitness..this thread is just to share what worked for me personally to gain more muscle weight and becoming stronger. Two years ago..i was 45 kg!!..super skinny dude..like a fucking stick. So lethargic all the time..and ofcourse I was a pmo addict back then..baiscally a fucking loser. Now..im 21 yo..75 kg!!..more muscular and stronger than ever..without even going to the gym!!. Here is how I did it: 1 - stop fapping. I talked about it before. When you nut (especially too much) your body starts replenishing the lost semen by consuming nutritions from your vital organs. And that's why you feel weak and drained with a lifeless face if you are fapping all the time. It takes 30 days for sperm cells to fully mature..ejaculate more than twice a week and notice how your seminal fluid turns yellow and watery ..means there is low sperm count. Ejaculate less and notice how your semen turns white and creamy(thick)..means a lot of sperm . Fapping is really not worth it especially in young age. 2-eat the fucking meat!!. I don't care what vegans have to say..meat is the shit. High in protein which is the essential nutrition to growing muscle..without it..your muscles will simply not grow no matter how much time you spend working your ass out. You can get high quality natural protein only from the following resources :meat..eggs..milk..cheese. yes..plants and nuts also contain protein..but it's way lesser and lower in quality. Protein is not only one type. There is plenty of protein molecules with different names and values..the best are found in animal products. As a side note..if you don't eat these foods mentioned above..get ready for erectile dysfunction and loss of libido. Don't forget that pmo is not the only cause of ED..your lifestyle playes a huge role. Not having a good diet consisting of meat is gonna turn you into a limp dick pussy(pun intended). 3-sleep like a baby: in fact that's what my dad always say to me..sleep all you want when you are still young ..cuz when you grow up ..you won't be able to sleep. If you slept less than 8 hours last night..you are legally drunk !!. 4-excersie. Push ups are great. Pull ups. Cardio.liffting some heavy shit are essential to grow a strong physique. 5 -be a man of principle and honor. If you stand for nothing. You fall for anything and everything. Follow these rules: 1-don't give a flying shit about other's opinions on you. 2-always speak your heart . 3-never explain yourself . 4-be clear and straightforward in your talk. Don't beat around the bush. Don't half-ass stuff. 5-don't say fapping is ok in moderation kinda shit. 6-never follw a rules given to you by a random guy on the internet..unless you are convinced about them. Infinite spirit, I see you all the time, everywhere. Did you ever have a "wake up moment"? I've had one... No more than 1. Reasons I constantly fap twice a week: Not motivated. Sad. Angry. Confused. I make PMO define myself, and think I'll be a loser if I still continue. Blame all my problems on PMO, reason I always fail. The only reason I even PMO is not because of urges... Its because I'm like "Oh.. its day 5, the day I normally relapse, so I go an watch porn." But I don't watch porn on day 1, or right after I relapse, because I'm still angry at myself.
Because I'm infinite..get used to it Not sure what are you talking about . You got it backwards. These are the consequences of fapping. And fapping is never a solution to these. Don't fuck with this addiction. No such thing as "the day I usually relapse.. might just relapse". Stop now before it's too late.

Well said, but i'm a vegetarian, means No meat but I can very well eat and drink dairy products, I try my best to follow high protein diet, I basically eat a lot of lentils and horsegram(boiled) and include a scoop of whey worth 24 g protein post workout. I'm thinking to invest some money in high vegetarian protein foods but I'm just 15 and I don't think my parents will allow it.
If you are a vegan you should abstain from all animals product. Which is ofcourse uhealthy. You will feel weak and flimsy. Why are you vegan anyways?!!
Also chicken is my favorite food item. But you can get a large amount of protein if youre vegetarian or even vegan
I am not vegan, I can eat animal products, and its according to my religion so i wouldn't mind, I agree vegans are weak and stuff but don't get me wrong vegetarians have a lot of protein sources too.
