When I was young like 12 I had my first pmo and well it never stopped it would for like 1 week and the it would hit me hard. I had not pmoed in the last week but fap is my big problem and I really need to get over this i am now 19 I am a student in Theology and I am extremely happy to get over this and help others one day I myself had till this far beaten porn but this is not a battle won in 2 days but a permanent struggle to stay clean all that I know is porn loves tired people if you're tired I can bet you a reboot will be close by so get enough sleep in.
