Hi, my name is Richard, I'm 26, and I've had PIED for essentially my whole life. I've been aware of this issue for a few years now and have been relentlessly trying to get over it in different ways with (not so many) ups and (very many) downs along the way. Have made moderate progress recently but I'm hoping this site can help me overcome my problem once and for all. I'm going to set up a journal in the relevant thread where I'll be sharing some of my story, which will hopefully be of motivation to both myself and others on here. Looking forward to interacting with and supporting many of you while I/we fight to overcome this treacherously negative habit once and for all!
I have the same problem. I've gone without fapping for 10 days now. Hopefully will be able to achieve my 90 day goal and see some improvement.
