I'm a 37 year old gay male who is in a long term relationship.

As my name implies, I am a masturbation addict. I always was from a very young age. The internet made that easier for me and I fell into some very very dark times because of it. But the support system I had, my "bator brothers" said I should accept it. It was empowering. I had several gigs of porn on my computer. I enjoyed chatting with others but it always left me feeling the same.

This went against everything I knew and felt really. I never felt good about masturbation. It left me empty and kind of crazy weird feeling. I met my current boyfriend and I knew something had to change. I deleted all my porn, started deleting all my accounts on sexual websites, removed pictures and videos of myself. It was a lot work and I was ashamed of myself.

I found this forum while struggling to keep from masturbating. I was looking up something about how much semen will store in your balls and found a post on this forum. I think that was meant to be really because as I write this, the urge has gone away and I can start my day.

I have gone 4 days without PMO (I hope I am saying that correctly) and this forum has already helped me stop one urge.

One other issue is that I have a hard time having sex with my man. It's kind of like I'm not interested, or it will take up too much time. But I have no problem getting off without him. I don't like that I'm that way. I want to do it with him. Not with myself.
