so I want to...need to stop my porn addiction... here I am

Most people don’t choose to restart watching porn but find it very difficult to stop and end up relapsing anyway.

 

I'm also new. And tbh I have some apps on my phone like "FapWatch" and I tried to stop many many times and my record was like 16 days and for 16 days my life didn`t change at all but my attitude was incredibly improving. Like I was more confident somehow idk , it was super easy to talk to any kind of girls , to the parents of my girlfriend , even to normal friends (ofc not sexually) but u know like these days where u feel super confident and u just say what u think and don`t give a fuck. It`s something like that. And most important (for me) was the different feeling when I`m having sex with my girlfriend. I got a big big problem with that because I did fap literally everyday and I didn`t really have fun when I have sex with girls so this is my main reason. What can I also say .. hm yeah u got more productive , u also try to chase girls.. u will text them differntly and yeah there are a lot of benefits and I saw them in 16 days. Imagine if u do noFap for 2 months. I really wanna be able to stop with porn ! I wish u the best luck my man u won`t regret it

 

NoFap is not easy if you are truly addicted like me you will have to pass through hell
