Any tips on getting past a week of abstaining?

    I relapse every 48 hours and when I do, I just do it 2 times that day. Im 15. I think im not trying that hard because my goal is not to quit this forever. Just reduce this habit to at least once in two weeks. Or just forget about this thing so called fapping and just do it once in a while. I dont want to get to the point in which my testosterone/energy/confidence levels decrease or having PIED or just being an addict to this and just do it everyday. I really just think like nah I dont want to do this a lot like why tf should I be on a bed fapping everyday? Why cant I live my teenage phase with less urges?

    As I said Im 15 and ive been fapping since I was 12 and dont want to make this situation any worse. Just want this thing to fuck off.

    Alright man here we go.

    All you have to do is stay clean daily. the current day that you're on is all that matters. it doesn't matter what happens tomorrow, or what happened yesterday. stay clean today, and you're clean for life. don't even worry what day youre on. forget about it infact.

    Also, get busy. if you have no time to PMO and you're fulfilled, it'll be easy.

    The thing that helps me the most is watching NoFap motivation videos and tips on a daily basis. Some of my favs that I would recommend you are: Vegan aesthetics, fearless dan and seth alexander. Whenever you get a urge to fap, watching their videos is really helpful for me to get passed the urge due to their words and adivce that will convince you to never give up your streak. Going outside more often helps you to distract your mind from relapsing. If you are in high school or college, you can study at your local library which honestly gives me better vibes and its much better than to study at home where you can fap anytime you want. Reading books will also help you when you are at home and feel like relapsing. Go read a book on self improvement or even any book you like and go outside on your balcony or backyard or even at the park.

    These tips helped me the most and I hope that it will also help you.
