anyone with just P and O without M?

    Hey wlecome to NoFap.
    I am on a 90 day challenge (currently day 5) and if what you mean is that you can touch your tool (M) without P or O.
    I think it is not weird at all, but it will be definitely harder for you. At least for me, if I start touching or rubbing it, I will probably get aroused, and a lot of not wanted thoughts will flood my mind. Making it harder to stop on time before O.
    I think you can M without P and O and still get most of the benefits of NoFap. But you are picking the wrong (harder) way to so it
