    Hi everybody,

since a couple of days on hardcore PMO mode and I feel like hunted.
I try to keep the maximum of distance to any form of porn or erotic to reach my goals. But it is very hard, everywhere is sex, naked boobs, sex talks and so on.
Instead of "money heist" I watched enviromental documentation yesterday...is this the solution?
How do you manage this matter?

    Hey, I relate to that.

I'm not as experienced or skilled as many other people on this forum, but avoiding things you once enjoyed that may cause MO seems to be something that a lot of people do. It's a question of what's more important to you -- stopping PMO so that your mind can become clear and healthy, or the enjoyment of a few shows and movies.

As for sexual material that you can't avoid around you, you'll just have to find different ways to deal with that! Look away or be able to release the image from your mind!

    It's difficult, but I know you'll find a way.

  3. We watched a ridiculous amount of wildlife documentaries in the beginning. We also deleted Facebook, Snapchat, instagram these were not things that were helping either of us.

I still become anxious and irritated when a sex scene comes on. He is 10 months into no PM and just the other day we were watching a movie and a scene with a topless woman came on. I felt the anxiety build. I became uncomfortable and my breathing became difficult. I wanted to change the channel but even more I wanted HIM to realize how badly this was affecting me I wanted HIM to change the channel. When he didn’t all I could think was “great! Now he’s going to ask me to have sex and fantasize about that scene” when the movie ended he said “you know, for the first time I didn’t care. A scene like that used to give me urges. Now I just thought ‘why the topless woman it didn’t add to the story”
It took 10 months of recovery but it’s finally working
