Hello guys! Today i start my journey of the 90 Days NoFap Challenge and with the help of your online community i believe i will succeed!
My personal story is like this...
I started like 14-15 PMO and since then the longer without PMO was 1 week. I really feel the need right to make a radical change in my life, it looks like the P is eating my life and taking me the real pleasures with the real people. I feel really stressed out, work, college, personal stuff, to many things at once. When PMO it feels like a stress relief but the next day it makes me feel so guilty and ashamed! My personal life and relationships never been great really, with some occasional erectile malfunctions. No that i am single i don't feel motivated enough to chase a girl i like a lot and have that personal contact. Of course i believe this is a cause of the so many years of PMO making me feel more and more insecure with women. BUT NOW i am taking the challenge to change my life and i will SUCCEED!!!!!!

I know exactly where you're coming from. I, too, have lacked the motivation to go for a woman because of my previous PMO addiction, have relapsed multiple times now, etc. Now, I see that you've commented here saying you've failed, so I'd like to offer you some advice!

First of all, you may have slipped up, but the only time you will have FAILED is when you give up on this journey completely. If you're still in the game, you have not failed!

Secondly, I recommend taking some ACTION steps to make this easier for yourself. Willpower will not be enough, trust me. Start writing in a journal every day, meditate to increase your awareness, post on these forums at least once per day and read a couple posts, and put the ideas you find into action. Get clear on WHY you want to recover from this. Install an app like K9 and block every porn site you can think of. Watch one video of The Sacred Sexuality Project every day to learn more and reinforce why you're doing this and how to succeed... there's a lot you can do to help yourself!

At the end of the day, learn from each experience, stay strong, and keep pushing forward. You've got this. :D

I believe i don't discipline at all! Not only regarding this matter but generally in my life. I sometimes wonder why am i doing wrong things, while i know they are wrong or it is not the right moment, but i still do them. Discipline is the hardest thing for me to change. It starts when you are a kid and when you are a grown man is almost impossible to change it. But i will try! I know i have the power and the ability to pursue a better life... but the wrong discipline it taking it far from me.. Thank you for your support! I will change!
