    well it’s September 1st 2019 and I’m on track on day 2 of NOFAP and no PMO and my goal is too go 30 days without it and when I hit the mark I’m going to keep going and the key too get rid of this addiction I’ve started reading my bible more and praying a lot more because Jesus loves broken people like me and for years and years I’ve use softcore porn to cope with my problems in my life but Biko her I’m going to be controlled by this addiction
