    Hey my fellow Fapstronauts, i just want to say that ive finally made it to day 21 and this is my longest streak ever. However, it took me 6 months of relapsing and doubting myself to finally get to this point. But i feel like my will power to want to be great is stronger than my porn addiction, the reason i say this is because i still peak at porn from time to time (which yes i know is bad) but ill like rather die than to pmo again which is why ill like barely peak and just quit out of porn and will power my way to not relapse and believe me i dont. I just want to know is this still hurting my success rate even if im not allowing myself to get thag arroused. Thanks for listening all

    And when i say peak at porn i wouldnt look up no hardcore stuff, its more like a quick flash of some titties, or just regular 10 second man-woman interaction then exit out

    Technically, you aren't breaking your PMO streak if you don't masturbate to pornography, but you should not look at any pornography at all, under any circumstances. Bide the time, and wait it out. It's hard, but it's possible, and it's necessary.

    Stop the peaking. I've done it too. In what you think can be innocent peaking can lead to more peaking eventually. Your addict is playing mind tricks with you to try to suck you back. It's like an alcoholic going to the store to just look at the bottles ... and then one day he figures he will buy just 1. And then 1 more becomes 2.. and then 3.. and you're hooked back. I want to say congrats on 21 days with no touching. Now try 21 days without even peeking. You got this bro. And again, this message is me trying to help. I'm not telling you you're wrong. I just have been where you have and know that peeking is dangerous.. very dangerous
