I guess I have to try harder

    English isn't my first language, so please excuse me. I am 19. I started when I was 12. In 2012 I decided to end this addiction. For almost 9 months I didn't watch porn. one day in the early morning I relapsed. To this day I regret it. Since then the maximum time I could stay with out it was 1 month I think. This addiction killed my life. Looking forward for help and advise. Thank you!

    We all know how it is to 'relapse'. Don't feel ashamed, it will only make you stronger at the end. It's good to see you've joined this community ;). Stay strong and good luck with NoFap!

    @rodisport First i would like to tell you that you are doing great. Don't worry about the relapse, it happens. Now, i think you need to jot down what were your triggers, and make you don't fall in the same trap next time.

    I also started yesterday, and i'm impressed on how long you've been able to abstain. If it makes feel better, i've never been able to make it that long. Hopefully, i will this time though. I'm on a 90 days challenge.
