Stop using social media, get a browser porn blocking extension, use your hosts file to block anything that slips through the cracks.

Some social media sites do allow pornographic clips on their sites.

Plus if it is artificial and it sexually arouses you it should be classed as porn. As it all does the exact same thing in the brain.

Those images and videos of hotties on social media sites do the same thing in the brain as what is categorised as porn content does. Like do you really think if your masturbating to loads of images of women on social media that your not masturbating to porn? Like that's ok?

Same shit happened to me Two days ago (After a streak of 11 days ). I relapsed through porn after using social media . It is difficult to stop . It(Social media) triggered me a lot to watch porn by the memes and some videos .Then I got to know myself that it is bothering me .So I completely avoided Instagram and even very less time using facebook. You have to trust yourself bro !!
