feel worse after ssri

    hello i dont now why but i feel worse after taking ssri and i start fapping again every day and i have no energy im soo depressed can somebody help me ?

    That happens sometimes man, it can get worse before it gets better with SSRI's, just believe in the process and stay on them, usually they start to work as they should around 3-4 weeks of consistent use. Your pmo is gonna be making you feel worse more than the ssris though, you gotta stay strong

    Also most SSRI's inhibit the pleasure of PMO. So you PMO to escape the gloppy feeling created by the SSRI, but then you discover that the PMO has lost its thrill. It's the same with eating food. It no longer satisfies. I found that cardio exercise no longer gave me the "runner's high" that made life tolerable.

    Hopefully the SSRI makes you feel better soon. Probably don't try to fight the blah feeling of the SSRI. It is only a temporary phase.
