    Hello everybody,

I’m not exactly “new” to the term of NOFAP, infact I have been going on and off it for over 9 months now, but my longest streak was around 7 days.
I felt bloody amazing while I was on my streak, but I relapsed a while back and I felt crappy as hell again, but now I’m just gonna post my progress oh my days so maybe I may inspire some of you guys, let me tell you this, it does work.

I’ve also heard about the “superpowers” that NOFAP may grant you, now I’ve only gone for a week so I don’t know all the benifits so I’ll post my progress, my challenges, and some facts about me because NOFAP can actually change how you look physically.

•I am 16 year old bloke
•I live in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada
•i am not Canadian, I am of a mixed race, I’m not gonna say because some of my mates go on this website and they can immediately tell if this was me so yeah.
•I’m not a virgin, I’m actually quite okay with girls(not bragging), but I am single atm and I’m not looking for anything at all
•I’m kinda fit( more on the skinny side than the muscular side)
    •I’m 5”5 and a half
•I do have a medium level of confidence with girls when it comes to girls, first I’m a little nervous then I warm up then I’m totally fine with everything.
•I was addicted a couple of years back, but I stopped watching porn and instead I just continued masturbating( still bad)
•now, it is not an addiction it’s more of a way to get some sort of relaxation

    Okay sorry,

day one ish?- I beat it, but didn’t ejaculate, so that’s why I didn’t count it as a day but “DAY 1” is when I truly started hardcore.

DAY 1: it wasn’t hard, at first there was like some seriously annoying moments where I wanted to give up but I managed to keep myself busy

DAY 2: today was easier, I feel more confident, more open with a lot of things, I don’t find as many things annoying anymore, I’m actually interested in what we learn in some classes, I’m hardworking, I usually eat very very healthy and I happen to be a good cook but usually the process of making something that is healthy and delicious is kinda long sometimes or I get impatient, not today tho because I can make like a three course meal with perfect patience and I’m more creative with the flavors, my mind just automatically observed things better and it makes cooking and multitasking easier. Well that’s all for today, I’ll update more tommorow

    Welcome to the Nofap community.
The NO PMO journey is not easy but worth the effort.
    The community will support you.

You will feel much more amazing if you continue your streak.

Forget your race, there is only one race: the human race.
You are a wonderful person. Accept, like and love yourself.

You made the habit and you can break the habit. I have no idea if M is good or bad. But the addiction is really bad. The NO PMO journey shows me very well how addicted I am. Focus on what you really want: true happiness.

Yes I agree on addiction being very bad that’s what I meant but I wasn’t clear by bad, and thank you!
