this is the 7 time that I relapse this year, no one said this is going to be easy

    Hi, This is the first time that I am going to become a member of this kind of community, thanks to everyone, in some way it is comforting. Pornography had changed my life in a bad way, I am not completely lost but I am lost, in some way I can not feel a real affective especially with women, I am seeing them as a sexual objects, and in a tons of moments I have been absent-minded, I am afraid about to get real sex without pornography and I have to accept that I have a sexual problem caused by that.

    I am feeling the time pass away and I can not get it back, so I do not know.... I am here, and I will be happy to help others in the future, I hope to complete my first +500 days of NoFap, it is my objective
