I feel separated

Well guys lets be honest and pack the bull by the horns! I feel so fucking loonely, separated and abandoned! its amazing and painfull, it took me so much to realise this. I dont even can connect with an AP ( by the way i am looking for one).
I am a man 46 years old, addicted to porn and edging and fighting this problem for the last 10 -8 years... sometimes iam tired because is cost so much energy this struggle ... but here I am once again trying my best...my isolation is made from me but i dont know how to act or reach out to others!

 

Have you ever thought of joining some kind of club IRL? I'm a big proponent of martial arts for self defense, health, and overall confidence. At 46, I would consider BJJ. It's a very relaxing sport, no striking. You may not be as flexible as a 20-year old but you can still be a monster. Lots of men at 46 are still beasts. Look at Bernie Hopkins.

EDIT: B-Hop is now 54. But my point still stands.
