Is it beacuse of chronic porn addiction that you think of having sex with almost every women you see, even tho you don’t want that to happen?
Does your subconscious bring those thoughts even when you try to avoid them?
Will my full-commitment on the NoFap journey help with that?

Having a sex drive is quite normal for a young man, during reboot you will find this getting significantly worse at first, then it may cease entirely for a while before coming back in a more controlled and less compulsive way. Experiences vary, though.

'Thinking about having sex with them' is healthier attitude than 'imagining them in a porn scene', which is where my mind used to go...

Thank you for the comment.I appreciate it.
It means that you answered my questions with a yes right?

  4. Yes. For me any woman that a tiny bit of attraction would trigger me to look for porn and porn stars based on their features. No one young or underage or anything illegal.

Almost every women... hahah kidding me?
I'd say more like 5/10..or almost half. Not every woman is a star in my day to day life. There is quite a lot of fatties in my town. And youd have to pay me to want to have sex with those land whales. I'm in America and in an area where there is a lot of obese women.

I don't think it's because of porn for me, because I was obsessed with sex with 30+% of the girls in my school long before I started using porn. It seemed to me from early on (I didn't consciously think this I just saw things this way) that it's all part of one "issue" (now I would call it one addiction). Porn is a depiction of sex, masturbation is sex with self, every time I did them there was a desire for sex. That desire was never satisfied, and not just because PM don't involve another human body, I had sex and was never satisfied with that. That's wy I identify as an addict, "never satisfied" is as much a part of the definition as "does it in spite of consequences." I think all the "to what extent did this cause that" and all that thinking about the problem is just rationalization because it usually leads to "I just won't do X" or "I just won't do X Y or Z any more" and of course we all know how that goes. There has to be a fundamental shift down at the level of the source of the addiction otherwise this is all just more talk, not that different from locker room talk. I was thinking about sex long before I ever saw porn. Porn is just one way I participated in cultivating my own addiction to everything sexual, which I take as having been in me since an indefinite early age. If it has to do with the brain then probably I was born with a brain wired for sex, that certainly seems true for this addict. Then the question is what am I going to do about it. Knowing where the problem lies and practicing the solution are completely different things, they don't necessarily have anything to do with each other. In so many areas of life they do: if I figure out where in some software a bug is then I almost definitely know what the fix is. But looking at my experience I had plenty of times I thought I knew what caused this and it never helped a bit finding a solution. Thank goodness I stumbled on a solution that has worked very well for me for 6 years and change, 2466 days free.

Yes porn makes you like a machine just want to have sex with everything in the world, such as humans, animals and maybe a wall or bed. I am not kidding you no man but porn is using your brain to imagination in sex situations.. horrible

So porn addiction can change the way you look at all people. It can certainly teach your brain to objectify and dehumanize women. Just another reason why it’s important to stop.
