Brain doesn't function properly after porn

I would say you have come to the point where you have realized what you are doing is bad for you in so many ways. You're not happy about it. Your body is telling you something - listen to it.
I have had similar reactions. I never want it to happen again. You know what you need to do.

 

I’ve found especially since I’ve made an effort to quit that if I do make the mistake of looking at porn that my brain gets something like a stress headache. It actually hurts to look at porn. Now, if I were to keep going that will stop. But my mind will be really spacey and not feel right for the rest of the day and the next.

The good news is you are being given an extra incentive to quit. Look at it like how a smoker gets a cough or someone gets a physical injury from doing something stupid. Use this as motivation to stop.

 

I was going through exactly the same before NoFap . It ruins your day or week cuz is not something natural, is like drugs men , get away from porn otherwise it won’t ruin just one day or two but your life
