    Hello, after a six-year nofap streak (you read that right) I managed to blow it this November (out of all months - The humility!) As with most addictive things once you start you can't stop, and six years of sexual isolation don't stop quickly, so I wandered around on the internet, found these forums and decided to post this here just because. Anyway, I've decided that for 2020 I'm going to master not masturbating again, which sounds like a weird New Year's resolution when I type it all out, but whatever. Just putting this here because I know that once I've posted this I'll feel obliged to do it. Made this account to post this, that is all, goodbye.

    funny note: at the end it wasn't the sexual tension that got to me, nor was it any pornographic material or sexual attraction; no, it ended up being just plain old loneliness. Damn.

    Welcome, and good luck on getting back on the nofap wagon! I'll make my usual recommendation of wearing briefs instead of boxers if you don't already - much better at containing urges!
