Hey, I'm 28, soon to turn 29 and I work as a software engineer. Generally spend far too much time sitting around at a computer and not enough time doing other things - but since I was fairly young I've been masturbating - and I was mostly fine with this however over the years as I've gone into the full time job etc etc I generally find myself feeling pretty mentally exhausted when I get home and so usually just masturbate for a while and then crash to sleep. Pretty unhealthy habit at this point and honestly I'm looking to change - Gonna be.. a difficult journey though.. but ya know.. feel like I really need to sort it out as I honestly feel unproductive as fuck.
