Hi I'm new

    Hello to all,

    I am new to nofap and day one of the Hard Mode and starting with a one month challenge. I am 30yo straight guy living in France. My username is a reference to an artist I admire, Marcel Duchamp. It is his pen name and a play on words "Eros c'est la vie" Eros is life

    I am addicted to watching porn and it has recently in the last 6 months or so, had serious negative repercussions on my relationship with my girlfriend (we have been together for 1y3months). I am finding it hard to feel sexually drawn to her and this leads to not showing her love and caring for our relationship, nurturing our feelings and communicating about them. She is unaware of my addiction.We are in a long distance relationship and will be seeing her again in late February.

    I am appreciative of the support and friendship that exists on this platform and look forward to getting better, feeling better and loving better

    I'm in a similar situation like you. I'm in a long distance marriage and in an effort to stay faithful, my PMO was taken several steps up. It's at critical levels now, with me fapping for 5 or more times a day, every day. Twice that on weekends. My wife has been fed up with me for years and I haven't done much about it until now. I originally started this fap free journey for her benefit (after all, I actually enjoy masturbating and porn), but recently another issue has developed and we're facing divorce as we speak. Now, this fap free journey is for my benefit.
