    if porn never took a toll in my life i'd always feel this way. man it feels so good not to be ashamed of yourself. i wish i never got into porn, but im also glad i found this community and the amount of support there is for nofap. i would have never realized how much loss of potential i would have from masturbating if it wasnt for nofap. thank you nofap, you saved my life.

    yes agree, nofap healed me, morning wood returns, I get harder erections, this was not possible when I was on porn. Porn kills your rooster.
