To me the ideal relaxation is a nice warm day on my front porch, sipping tea while reading my bible, nothing compares to it, being high is also great tho haha.
A thermos full of tea, a book in my hand and window seat in armchair. (Peace and quiet is optional as I want to have them but during the day, hustle and bustle of the city makes it hard.)
Getting a massage. I lived for a while in Thailand where they were like $3 for an hour. Sometimes I got several a day. And no, not the "happy ending" type lol
I still remember playing the first pokemon game on the original gameboy with no backlight. You needed the perfect light combination to see anything.
Lifting weights, longboarding (or even a walk sometimes), driving, listening to music, getting into my bed after a long day, talking to my gf about stress (shes less-paranoid than me), playing video games (only temporary relaxation), eating a giant protein based meal and taking a nap afterwards, showers, nature, the sound of rain (& smell of warm rain), getting drunk, idk. There's more
To be honest, kicking back in my couch stoned out of my mind flicking through Netflix, lol. Rain always makes anything more relaxing too.
Type of game really make a difference here. I sometime play Old School RuneScape and I find this game really relaxing (not doing pvp).
I think one of the most relaxing things for me are the mountains. Whenever I go snowboarding with my friend we always hike across the mountain tops off trail. I enjoy sitting down and taking in the view. Seeing all the untouched snow, breathing in the cold mountain air, and gazing upon everything makes me relax more than anything.
