I’ve been using PMO for 15-17 years it has effected my life negatively in many ways. How has PMO made your life difficult? Here is a list of the side effects of using PMO I inherited over the years:
    1) Brain Fog (extremely hard time with recall and gathering my thoughts)
    2) Anxiety & Social Anxiety
    3) PIED (Porn induced erectile dysfunction)
    4) Little interest in a relationship with a women
    5) Little things in life don’t interest me
    6) Lower back pain
    7) Very moody/irritable
    8) Low energy
    9) Low libido
    10) Depression
    11) Poor focus and concentration
    12) Social Isolation

Yes but everything has improved, on my really good days during my PAWS they are almost all completely absent. Still more healing to go 341 days in hardmode.

Congrats, almost a full year for you, hardmode! And, you did most of it before joining this site it seems, Wow! You must have been using the right tools and strategies from the start. Good for you, man. How does it feel to have not viewed any Porn for almost a full year as well as to not have MO'd? Do you still get strong urges and temptations as in the beginning? Or, how have the struggles evolved or changed? Or, none at all?

  6. All of the above plus emotional numbness. But here's the blessing. None of these emotions are are real. None of the last theclonger you stat away from porn the happier you are. And more fulfilling your life will be.

For me it's done everything except numbers 4, (sometimes) 8 and 9. There is nothing more I want in this world than a relationship with a woman (other than breaking free from this addiction), but at the same time, I realize that with where I'm at it's nearly impossible right now. I know that I have to heal myself in order to be a serviceable partner.

Thanks I have no urges or temptations anymore for porn. The biggest thing is the ups and downs from the withdrawals my days are all over the place due to the presence of the symptoms comes and goes over and over and the severity of the symptoms are up and down but my improvements are trending upwards most noticeably on my really good days when the flatline takes a break and shows a preview of what my best is like at the moment.

I agree about 4,8,9 those were less constant than the others with me too

The brain fog/memory recall was the most noticeable because I talk a lot and I always had trouble thinking of things.
