My sex life and PIED

Hi everyone,
during chrismas I was texting with this girl and now she is my GF. She is exactly what I have been looking for. I have strong emotions for her. Day before yesterday we had sex for the first time. It was okay I guess but I could tell my erection wasnt the best. Yesterday I had the same situation. I feel extremely ashamed. In my NOFAP journey I once reached 90 days and I remember that my penis could be rock hard. Will My PIED heal inside a relationship too? Do I go without sex for some time? I dont know what to do. My ideal plan is to wait two weeks (right now I havent MO for atleast 2 weeks and P for one week) before she gives me O, but We are not together for a long time and I am afraid that she wouldnt like me, if she knew about my sex problems (we are not together for a long time). What do you guys think I should do?
