Semen Discharge from not masturbating

    since many times I found myself not having any sexual desire at all
    for almost a week or two weeks even!
    is this normal ?
    (maybe because of my anti-depressant medications or im busy with more important things)
    and discharges usually happened in the morning during pee, or after it,
    also with a little tiny pain...

    what should I do ? I need to see a doctor ?

    Some anti-depressant medications can cause spontaneous ejaculation. However, it's also normal to have some semen discharging from not ejaculating for more than your usual duration. This can happen with or without having an orgasm, and a slow dribbling release is common after peeing. Sometimes people experience a full blown ejaculation with orgasm without any stimulation (spontaneous ejaculations). Get it checked by your doctor for peace of mind but don't worry about it regardless :).
