I want to quit porn

    I've been into this since I was a kid. Through the years, it became an addiction. When I realized this I was around 20's. I've been addicted to marihuana and cigarettes and I have been able to let go of those 2. Now is time for porn. Will it be possible?

    It will take a lot of dedication, and in many ways could be easier than giving up smoking, but it will test your willpower in other ways, and a lot of it depends on your mindset. I found what was/is most challenging is combating my mindset of resentment towards women, and I question whether I actually want to engage in romantic relationships with them or any sort of sexual activity, and then I feel bad and supplement with pornography. If you know what your goal is, and why you're doing it, then be that will make it much more attainable.

    Yes! My goal this year is (among other things) to get a girflriend and a job that I like (programmer + life coach)
