  1. So I completed 30 days free of PMO for the first time ever. This is a feat that always seemed so distant and unachievable, but happened on my streak right after I discovered this community. My driving factor of motivation behind this streak was the HOCD that came right after a flatline. I woke up with such a low libido that I’d even viewed P and had no reaction, and ever since then my libido has been pretty low. Its been to the point where throughout this 30+ day streak, I haven’t had a single strong urge to masturbate nor any wet dreams. I used to really obsess over this HOCD but as time passes I can feel it dying down bit by bit.

Its been a while since my libido became low (around 40 days) but It seems as though this is necessary for the reboot, so I know I have to go through this phase. It hasn’t been the best at all, And I haven’t experienced much benefits of NoFap, but the benefits I have noticed such as increased motivation and drive are enough to keep me going for now, I’m certain more will come over time.

Yo bro id love it if you answerd. But ive been going through HOCD (Check my account to see my "Story") and its been litteral hell, constant doubt and pure anger. Its making me so confused with who i am and i dont know what sexuality i am really anymore. All i know is that before HOCD ive always been straight and ive loved girls since day 1. My question is will not fapping help a bit or a lot??

simply not fapping isnt the solution, but its a great start. too reverse damages done by a bad habbit, its not enough too simply stop doing it, you have to replace it with good habbits. abstaining from everything sexual may help you out. abstain from porn, from sex stories, from looking at peoples social media platforms, even from fantasizing. but to be able to abstain from those things on the long run, and simply to becone a better version of yourself, youll have to find new, healthy habbits. thats why everybody successfull at nofap works out, meditates, takes cold showers, reads, etc. . find a new hobby or two and quit any sexual behaviour for a while, take a step back a look at your life, and the answers your looking for may come to you. but take it easy, this isnt a race. if you think that one month of such behaviour will radically change your life, im sorry but it wont. but it is a beginning, and probably the best one it is. you have to keep going with this lifestyle, or else youll simply fall back into the old track, from which you tried to escape in the first place. be patient with yourself

  9. Nofap goes well together with gym, healthy eating, reading books and studying. Perfectly if you read the bible because in that way it's not just reading but also studying and creating a better relationship with God by getting to know Him and the spiritual world.

Its good to have low libido during nofap cause that way its easier to achieve longer life-changing streaks. I agree with domsi on his points.
I love how a lot of guys have changed their jobs for better and improved their relationship with people, just by nofap motivational energy alone.

Answering your question - will not fapping help a bit or a lot - I can tell it will help a bit if you stay passive and don't do anything with your life. But it will help a lot if you do a lot other good things - nofap is like having a better engine in your car and more fuel - if you only go grocery shopping once a week you won't see much difference, but if you go to a lot of places then it will help you everywhere you go and whatever you do.
