testicular discomfort/pain

So here i am again. This time its quite different but it still has to do with my testicles. So i was sick for the week and still am and when im sick my testicles usually hang lower. Today ive had an erection and it kinda made my penis move between the tight part of my underwear and pants and when i pulled it up to fix it i felt a pain on my left testicle and after a few seconds it was a strong 1/2 second pain going from my testicle to my entire body. Like a kick in the nuts. It kinda worried me and thought i would post this here since everything i post here makes me feel better. Now i just feel discomfort in my testicles but i feel like it could be my mind playing games right now like last time when i thought my testicles were hard even tho i had nothing. Also my testicles feel sensitive now.

 

isnt varicocele supposed to make your vein show up or something like worms? My testicles havent change appearance really and today i didnt have any kind of pain.

 

Also how was your pain? mine was at evening for as i said a second or two and today at evening too but today i dont know if i actually had pain or of it was my brain agaim because i was overthinking of it. At this rate my brain does more harm to me than my body. I overthink everything health related. It hopefully all goes away by removing porn from my life.

 

i seem to really have varicocele at the end of the day..
