The pain doesn't go away until I've made a bowel movement which makes me believe it's prostate related. But sometimes it just goes away after an hour. It's terrible for my sleep schedule. I've been tested for STDs and prostatitis along with any other infections. Nothing. I'm also a virgin so I can guarantee I haven't had a strange partner history. I don't think I death grip either. I don't drink beer or eat spicy things. I drink plenty of water. I don't really know what to think. My doctor thinks I masturbate too much and I'm sore. It's happened on and off for 8 years. I'm not sure but I saw that in a movie that lots of sex led a man to this burning sensation and he had to stop having sex for 7 days and also doctor advised him to put his penis in curd.
I've had that before, sometimes after sex and sometimes after having a pull. I always thought it was a UTI, and it only sticks around for a day or 2.

I feel like you're talking about the burn in the penis every man gets after sex/masturbation. It doesnt always happen but I heard that it's your body's natural way of removing possible sexually transmitted infections you may have gotten from sex. I get it like once or twice a month.
I experience the same thing. I don't know what the cause is but it happens when I masturbate excessively even when I have surpassed my limit already. To ease off the pain, I sit in sqauting position, I seriously don't know why the pain starts to fade when I do this, but the pain sometimes is so unbearable that I don't have a lot of options left other than this.

May i ask that do you see doctor about this immediately or do you wait hoping the pain would go away on its own? I chosed to wait because It was the second time in life i had such pain from overmasturbation and i felt too embarrassed to really go see a doctor for what i though to have brought upon myself (I have been a shy person and consider masturbation a dirty act, not a normal act and only do it out of sheer instinct) - I hope to recieve your reply as this is important to evaluate my past-self - love
