Hello dear fapstronauts how are you all doing? I have been following this site for over 5 years I had multiple streaks and harness many benifits throughout my journery of NoFap I think this is my 2nd post here once I wrote about my success story of 90 days. in these 5 years I crossed 90 days mark 6 times ( longest streak 186 days) and many streaks of 30, 50 or 80 days. everytime I went on a NoFap streak I felt that irresistible vibration of energy filled with oceans of positivety. Okay so in short lets discuss about the benefits of my journey. 1. increased self confidence and self esteem. 2. Increased level of aggression but in positive way not in a manner to target someone emotionally. 3. Irresistible energy levels. 4. Self care self love. 5. skin cleared 6. social anxiety disappeared 7. focus and concentration increased 8. I think deep and act seriously on any project I start when on NoFap streak. 9. and the list goes on. 5 years ago when I started this journey I was alone jobless depressed and barely had friends couldn't even think about getting a girlfriend. today I have a nice job bunch of good friends some female friends too and I hope one day I will get the soulmate of my life. presently embarked on the journey once again to achieve something bigger with way more intensified plans and tools to enhance my NoFap streak and harness success the quickest possible way. today I am on day 28 and it feels great to experience all those old benifits once again that fire has again lit inside me.
You are a great inspiration brother... And those benefits are what i need for my life to move in the direction it must. But u know the horrors of the mental battles, blocks, and push backs we face b4 we have breakthroughs
So how old are you now bro? And eventho you have a nice career, Are you doing the thing(s) you are passionate about but was too weak to pursue b4 nofap?...
I am 25 now and yes I am living the life I once dreamt of when I used to fap I never thought I will ever come this far in my life but thanks to NoFap it turned my life 360!

Vishu, you should be very proud of yourself my friend. Even though you have stumbled and fallen multiple times, you have managed to get back up and just keep trying. I admire how your post is all about positivity rather than being negative about relapses. Focus on the BENEFITS, the wonderful qualities that will return to your life when you're free from toxic behavior. Also, I know what you mean about the increase in aggression after a no-porn streak. My longest stretch is about two months and I definitely noticed a spike in testosterone … I just felt more manly, more masculine, like I held my head higher and wasn't about to let anyone walk all over me. It was a great feeling! I wish you well and look forward to reading about your progress. You're already at 28 days which is amazing. I'm on day 3 myself and feel a lot of hope and motivation to succeed, especially after joining this forum and reading stories like yours.
