New user hoping to get a part of life back

Hi all, I'd like to start by saying that I wished I found this sooner. I've been addicted to porn for many years now and it has started to impact my relationship with my wife. She sees this as something that I'm replacing her with and has caused a lack of intimacy between us.
So with this group I hope to get the help I need to gain that part of my life back to give me an independence from this addiction.
So far I'm 2 days in and looking to go further with a little help.

 

Oh I agree 100% that it has changed mentality of many including myself. That is why I'm here to see about getting some help and rebooting my life without it.
